Mr. Steven Delino earned a degree in Theology from ICIBC, which laid the groundwork for his future endeavors. Mr. Delino dedicated nine years to coaching sports, leading his teams to multiple state championships and instilling valuable life skills in his players. Simultaneously, he served his home state of Louisiana as a passionate youth pastor, worship leader, and campus pastor of a growing church. His dedication to faith and community was evident in his commitment to guiding young people and fostering a sense of belonging. When the call came to relocate to Orlando, Mr. Delino was obedient to the voice of God, embracing a new chapter in his life. Today, he is blessed with a beautiful wife of 16 years and three amazing kids who attend RCA, and he continues to serve and inspire others through his various pursuits. Mr. Delino's journey showcases his devotion to faith, family, and community, making a positive impact on youth wherever he goes.
