Mrs. Rosa Iturriaga serves as the Director of Business Administration and she brings a wealth of experience in leadership and organizational management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in International Business and a Master Degree in Business Administration. Mrs. Iturriaga homeschooled her two older children through high school graduation, and both graduated with honors. Her experience in homeschooling has deepened her belief that education should be an intentional process, focused on nurturing each child’s God given potential. She has always been passionate about education. She is quick to tell you that there is a definitive difference between educating and schooling.  In addition to her academic achievements, Mrs. Iturriaga has taken an active role in shaping the lives of children and youth. She and her husband of 28 years, Max Iturriaga, led a Youth Ministry for a decade, fostering and nurturing a supportive environment for young minds to grow in faith and character. Her dedication extended to the Marriage Ministry for four years, where she demonstrated her commitment to building strong and lasting relationships. Currently, Mrs. Iturriaga serves alongside her husband in the Outreach Ministry at Revelation Church, where she and her family have been faithfully serving since July of 2020. Her love for the Lord is evident in all that she does, and God has gifted her in many areas. As RCA’s Director of Business Administration Mrs. Iturriaga embodies the qualities that define effective management. She is known for  her detail oriented approach, unwavering faith and she is committed to nurturing the young hearts and minds of our students.
