Mike Schutter graduated from Illinois State University with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. His professional journey began at a retail location outside Chicago, where he quickly rose to become a top-performing salesperson, eventually advancing to department manager and then store manager. Mike played a pivotal role in launching new locations across multiple states and leading a team of over 100 employees with a strong work ethic rooted in my faith.

Transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry as a district manager in the Midwest, Mike oversaw operations in six states, focusing on hiring, training, and introducing innovative products in psychiatric, neurology, and cardiovascular fields. Throughout his retail and pharmaceutical career, he was honored with multiple awards for his leadership and sales achievements all while staying humbly grounded and maintaining a solid relationship with Jesus Christ.

Upon partial retirement, Mike found fulfillment in volunteering at Revelation Christian Academy, where he continues to serve and make a difference in the community. Apart from his professional and volunteer pursuits, he finds joy in spending quality time with his amazing wife, two wonderful children, and three beloved dogs, all while being actively involved in  church and living out his faith in every aspect of his life.
