Jorge began his journey in the construction sector with Leal Contractors in May 1999, where he served as the General Manager until June 2004. During his tenure, he displayed exemplary leadership skills by effectively managing subcontractors, ensuring operational standards were met, and enhancing the organization's reputation through quality service delivery and innovative solutions.

In October 2004, Jorge joined Hammer Contractors as the Production Director, a role he held with distinction for almost two decades until October 2023. In this capacity, he demonstrated his expertise in preparing and negotiating cost estimates, selecting appropriate construction methods, and interpreting technical information, contributing significantly to the company's success and growth. Recognizing his exceptional abilities, One Source Energy appointed Jorge as the VP of Operations in August 2016. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in project management, collaborating with diverse teams of professionals, addressing challenges promptly, and ensuring adherence to legal and safety regulations. 

In October 2023, Jorge embarked on a new chapter in his career as the Marketing Director at Hammer Contractors, based in Washington DC. In this capacity, he is responsible for spearheading all marketing initiatives, from devising comprehensive strategies to executing targeted campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness. His strategic vision and analytical prowess have been instrumental in driving the company's marketing efforts and enhancing its market presence.
