Jennifer Cain is a certified Executive, Leadership and Career Coach with a remarkable ability to empower individuals to break through barriers and achieve their fullest potential. With a successful 15 year career in Human Resources, most recently as the Head of Recruitment for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Jennifer has held a variety of HR Leadership positions across several industries including a global HR consulting firm, Higher Education, Fintech, and Edtech. Jennifer guided and influenced people strategies in the areas of coaching, leadership & team development, organizational transformation & effectiveness, recruitment & on-boarding, engagement, and retention.
In 2022, Jennifer took a bold step in her career by leaving her role as the Head of Recruitment at HMH to launch her own coaching business. This pivotal move allowed her to deepen her commitment to coaching and helping others on their journey to get unstuck and create a clear path forward that helps them reach their full potential.
Jennifer holds a degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential through iPEC and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her academic and career foundation is complemented by SHRM-CP certifications in Human Resources.
